TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using MomentPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moment Enterprise under Indian law.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MomentPlay platform operated by Moment Enterprise ("we", "us", "our") accessible via our mobile app (in.momentplay.momentplay) and website (momentplay.in).

By creating an account, subscribing, or using any part of our service, you confirm that:

MomentPlay is an OTT (Over-The-Top) streaming platform that provides access to Bengali and Hindi movies, web series, and original content through subscription plans. We operate as an Online Curated Content Provider (OCCP) as defined under IT Rules, 2021.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew via UPI AutoPay/EMandate unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date.

4.3 Price Changes

We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. Price changes apply from the next billing cycle.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (RBI-regulated payment aggregator). We do not store your payment card information.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Refunds are provided in the following cases only:
• Double charge due to technical error — full refund within 7 working days
• Service completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours — pro-rata refund
• Unauthorised transaction — refund after verification within 14 working days

Refunds are NOT provided for: change of mind, partial use, forgetting to cancel, or content unavailability of specific titles.

To request a refund, email studios@momentgroupofcompany.com with your registered phone number and transaction ID within 7 days of the charge.

In compliance with IT Rules, 2021, we have established a three-tier grievance redressal system:

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes via in-app notification or WhatsApp. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
