HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at studios@momentgroupofcompany.com within 7 days with:
- Registered phone number
- Transaction ID / Razorpay payment ID
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of payment (if available)
We will respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 7-14 working days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
